We collect the following categories of information: • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, GST/CIN number, and billing address provided during registration or checkout. • Fleet & Vehicle Data: GPS coordinates, speed, route history, fuel consumption, engine diagnostics, and other telematics data generated by installed devices. • Usage Data: Log files, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, session duration, and clickstream data collected automatically when you use the platform. • Payment Information: Card details or UPI references processed securely through our payment gateway partners; LivePin does not store full card numbers. • Communications: Content of emails, support tickets, or other messages you send us.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: • Provide, operate, and improve the Services • Process transactions and send related notices • Send account alerts, invoices, and renewal reminders • Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or security incidents • Conduct analytics and product development • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations • Send marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the following legal bases under applicable law: • Contract performance: Processing necessary to fulfil your subscription or hardware order. • Legitimate interests: Analytics, fraud prevention, and service improvement. • Legal obligation: Compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements. • Consent: Marketing communications, where required.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with: • Service Providers: Cloud hosting (AWS/GCP), payment processors, SMS/email gateways, and logistics partners who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. • Business Partners: With your consent, to provide integrated services. • Law Enforcement: Where required by law, court order, or government authority. • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. 6. Fleet Data & Driver Privacy
Fleet data (location, speed, behaviour) is processed on behalf of the fleet operator (our customer). Drivers and employees whose vehicles are tracked should be informed of such monitoring by the fleet operator as required under applicable law. LivePin is not responsible for ensuring fleet operators comply with employee notification requirements.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Specifically: • Account data: Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 3 years. • Telematics/GPS data: Retained for up to 12 months by default; longer retention periods are available under enterprise plans. • Financial records: Retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law. After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
8. Data Security
LivePin maintains ISO 27001-certified information security practices. We employ encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, role-based access controls, regular penetration testing, and security monitoring. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, analyse usage, and improve user experience. You may control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the platform. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking or behavioural advertising without your consent.
10. Your Rights
