Refund & Return Policy

No Refunds. No Returns.

All sales of LivePin hardware and software subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances, except for the limited DOA / wrong-item exceptions detailed in Section 5. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Overview

Quantumbees Infotech Private Limited, operating the LivePin brand ("LivePin"), specialises in enterprise-grade GPS hardware, AI dashcams, and fleet management software. Due to the nature of our products and the costs involved in logistics, installation, and device provisioning, LivePin operates a strict no-refund and no-return policy on all products and services. By completing a purchase or signing a subscription agreement with LivePin, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

2. No Refunds — Hardware

All hardware sales, including GPS trackers, AI dashcam units, OBD dongles, and accessory kits, are final. We do not offer refunds for: • Change of mind or ordering error • Incompatibility with the customer's existing systems (customers are advised to verify compatibility before purchase) • Partial use or non-activation of devices • Delay in delivery caused by logistics partners or customs • Devices damaged during customer installation

3. No Refunds — Software & Subscriptions

All software subscription fees, including platform licences, API access, and add-on modules, are non-refundable. This applies to: • Monthly and annual subscription plans • Unused portion of a billing period after cancellation • Platform onboarding or setup fees • Trial-to-paid conversions Cancellation of a subscription prevents future billing but does not entitle the customer to a refund for the current or any prior billing period.

4. No Returns

LivePin does not accept returns of any hardware products once shipped, regardless of the reason. Devices are provisioned, configured, and tested before dispatch. If you received an incorrect item, please refer to Section 5 (Exceptions) below.

5. Exceptions (DOA & Incorrect Items Only)

The only exceptions to this policy are: • Dead on Arrival (DOA): A device that is completely non-functional upon first power-up and has not been subjected to physical damage during installation. DOA claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with video evidence of the defect. • Wrong Item Shipped: If LivePin ships a product materially different from what was ordered. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. In both cases, LivePin will, at its sole discretion, arrange a replacement unit. No cash refund will be issued under any circumstance. To initiate a claim, contact info@livepin.in with your order number, device serial number, and supporting evidence.

6. Warranty

Hardware products carry a limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use: • GPS Trackers: 12 months • AI Dashcams: 12 months • Accessories: 6 months Warranty claims are fulfilled through repair or replacement only — not refund. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, tampering, or unauthorised modifications. Warranty service requests must be submitted to info@livepin.in with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

LivePin ships all hardware with reputable logistics partners. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier. If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours. We will assist in filing a claim with the logistics provider but cannot guarantee a replacement until the courier investigation is concluded.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a purchase covered by this policy is a violation of your purchase agreement with LivePin. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, restrict future purchases, and pursue recovery of amounts reversed through chargebacks where applicable law permits.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
